We take pride in being top in this industry in terms of the number of ISO-certified building sites. 3 building 3 site total 12 buildings 14 sites. We at First Facilities are always interested in improving service quality and realizing homogenization on a global-scale, as well taking great interest in environmental issues.

ISO9001 Certification Acquisition

First Facilities improves the quality and uniformity of our services by defining and complying with a range of company regulations. We also follow international standards for quality management system set out for organizations. We acquired ISO9002 for the major buildings we manage in 1998, each of which was transferred to ISO9001:2008 in 2009. Presently, we have acquired certification for our 3 primary services -equipments management, cleaning management, and security service. We have obtained this type of certification in order to have our service quality judged objectively, against which all our staff members can measure themselves. It is our ambition to realize the same standards of quality across all our services.
