Establishing our personnel development program (CS training)
We are executing a comprehensive personnel development program that not only involves higher skill level training in each of the three main service areas - equipments management, cleaning management, and security service - but also inculcates the values of maintaining good manners and appropriate personal appearance. Especially in relation to CS training, cleaning services training, for example, is not limited to the teaching of cleaning methods, but also covers why cleaning is necessary and how cleaning influences visitors etc. It is our desire to foster personnel who can act responsibly with awareness as to our service objectives.
