Under the Environmental Policies of First Facilities, we carry out a company-wide environmental management system that can further contribute to the global environment and help to prevent environmental pollution and global warming.

Promotion of “cool biz”

We promote the “cool biz” program as a part of environmental management activities. Employees in our headquarters are allowed to dress with a no-necktie, “cool biz” style of wardrobe during the summer season. This enables us to set the air conditioners at 28 °C and reduce the environmental burden without sacrificing the efficiency of staff.

Our vast experience in more than 50 years of building maintenance served as the basis for developing our Facility Mat carpet tiles. Facility Mat give an elegant look to a building, and at the same time are friendly to the environment.
