First Facilities provides highly efficient, high quality, comprehensive building management services. That is “iM”—integrated management of buildings through equipment management, cleaning, security, and maintenance/repair services. The idea of iM also serves as the base of other business areas, such as BMC (Building Management Consulting to give advice starting at the planning stage of new buildings or for the renovation of existing buildings) and BLM (Building Lifecycle Management to assess changes to the building over time and make a management plan for the entire lifecycle of the building).
